Scotland to Newcastle Ferry

The Allen Banks Woodland Walk has miles of waymarked paths and wonderful scenery. Along with carpets of bluebells and ramsons, commonly known as wild garlic, these purple foxgloves were everywhere. It seems early summer is a nice time to visit.
